Re-sign based on what you distribute. * Installer packages (.pkg): Starting February 1, 2027, .pkg files signed with an affected certificate will no longer install. Re-sign all packages with your new certificate before this date. * Mac apps: Previously signed and notarized Mac software (with a secure timestamp) will keep working — no action needed. By removing support for Intel-based Mac computers, you can simplify your development and optimize your download and on-device size. To remove Intel support, update your app build settings to “arm64” only. Then rebuild and submit your app to the Mac App Store. As a reminder, macOS 26 is the final software version to support Intel-based Mac computers. macOS 27 supports only Mac computers with Apple silicon. Tax and Price Updates for Apps, In-App Purchases, and Subscriptions

Apple Hello, The App Store is designed to make it easy to sell your digital goods and services globally, with support for 43 currencies across 175 storefronts. From time to time, we may need to adjust prices or your proceeds due to changes in tax regulations or foreign exchange rates. These adjustments are made using publicly available exchange rate information from reputable financial media (e.g., The Wall Street Journal) or financial companies (e.g., Bloomberg) to help make sure prices for apps and In-App Purchases stay consistent across all storefronts. As of August 27: Your proceeds from the sale of eligible apps and In‑App Purchases have been modified in: • Morocco: Value-added tax (VAT) introduction of 20% • Republic of the Congo: VAT introduction of 18% • Tanzania: Digital sales tax (DST) rate increase from 2% to 3% Exhibit B of the Paid Applications Agreement will be updated to indicate that Apple collects and remits applicable taxes in Morocco and the Republic of the Congo.(1) Beginning September 14: Pricing for apps and In-App Purchases will be updated for Israel, Indonesia, Morocco, and the Republic of the Congo if you haven’t selected one of these storefronts as the base storefront for your app or In‑App Purchase.(2) These updates also consider the VAT introductions listed in the tax updates section above. If you’ve selected Israel, Indonesia, Morocco, or the Republic of the Congo as the base storefront for your app or In-App Purchase, prices on that storefront won’t change.
